Rachael Luff

Prevention Education Manager

Rachael joined STSM in January 2017 as Prevention Education Coordinator and was promoted to Prevention Education Manager in October 2018.  As Prevention Education Manager, Rachael oversees the development, implementation, and evaluation of primary prevention education in Richland, Lexington, and Newberry counties. She is firmly dedicated to STSM’s mission to educate our community to identify and eliminate sexual violence.

Rachael earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of South Carolina. She formerly tutored for the AVID program in Richland District Two, lead Wishmakers at USC, and served as a Guardian ad Litem at Richland County CASA. She has participated in anti-trafficking task force meetings throughout Columbia. Outside of work, Rachael currently participates in Our Shared Shelf and exercises at Pure Barre. She finds her happiness in reading, hiking, and taking road trips to visit her family in Philadelphia.
