Sumter and Clarendon Counties Advocate Counselor I

Meghan joined the STSM team in August 2018. In her role as one of STSM's Advocate Counselors, she provides evidence-based treatment to individuals who have experienced or been affected by sexual violence in Sumter and Clarendon Counties. Meghan enjoys working with survivors to instill a sense of hope and healing within themselves, and is inspired every day working with various clients and STSM staff.

In 2015, Meghan graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work from the University of North Carolina, Wilmington; a Master of Social Work from the University of South Carolina in 2018; and a Graduate Certificate in Drug and Addiction Studies from the University of South Carolina in 2018. Upon graduating from USC in 2018, Meghan became a Licensed Master of Social Work. Outside of work, you can find Meghan at a music concert, the beach, or on a tennis court.
