STSM prides itself on a highly-efficient team environment. We value open communication, support, autonomy, and development for staff, volunteers, and clients, leading to the realization of full individual potential and creation of a cooperative spirit. STSM does not currently have any paid staff positions. However, we often hire from the volunteer pool when openings arise. You are encouraged to volunteer if you are interested in a future position with the agency. Volunteer!
